Practical operational support for service businesses

Running a business means juggling a lot of moving parts – systems, projects, marketing tasks, admin, and the hundred small things that keep everything ticking.

Smart Cookie Studio provides practical operational support so those things get handled properly, without the founder needing to manage every detail.

If something in your business needs organising, building, coordinating, or keeping on track, chances are we can help.

Operations & Systems

This is the operational backbone of your business – the structure that keeps work moving without the founder needing to hold everything together.
Smart Cookie Studio helps organise workflows, improve processes, and bring clarity to how work moves through the business.

Examples of support include:

  • Setting up and organising project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, etc.)
  • Building task tracking and accountability systems
  • Identifying operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Improving how work moves between team members
  • Creating internal documentation and knowledge bases
  • Managing internal operations and priorities
  • Supporting team coordination and delegation
  • Implementing new systems or tools
  • Operational clean-ups when things have become messy or complicated

Marketing often involves a lot of operational work behind the scenes – setting things up, coordinating moving pieces, and making sure campaigns actually get delivered.
Smart Cookie Studio supports the practical side of marketing so founders can focus on strategy, delivery, and client work.

  • Mapping and building sales funnels
  • Setting up email marketing automations and sequences

Pricing Guide

Here’s how working together is structured, and what you can expect to pay.

Ongoing Retainers

For businesses that want consistent operational support and someone who understands how things run behind the scenes.

This works well when you have ongoing operational, marketing, or admin work that needs regular attention.

Support is typically structured as a monthly retainer, with a set number of hours dedicated to your business each month.

This allows us to stay close to your operations, manage priorities as they arise, and keep the business running smoothly without you needing to coordinate everything.

Retainers are based on an hourly rate of $60/hr and typically start from around $1,200/month for 20 hours of support.

Short-term Projects

Sometimes you don’t need ongoing support - you just need someone to come in and get something sorted.

Short-term projects are ideal for situations like:
• Setting up new systems or tools
• Cleaning up messy workflows
• Building or improving sales funnels
• Launch support
• Process documentation
• Operational restructuring

Projects are scoped individually depending on the work involved.

Not sure exactly what you need?

That’s completely normal.
Most founders come to us with a messy list of things that need fixing, organising, or finishing.

And as Marie Kondo says – we love mess.
